Frequently Asked Questions
We are located in the United States and ship all orders from Northern California.
Processing Time: We usually ship within 2 business days after you place your order. Orders placed during the weekend or on U.S. nationally observed holidays are processed the following business day.
Delivery Time: Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select at checkout and are in addition to standard processing time.
U.S. Domestic Delivery Estimates:
Please note that the following delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in transit times. Transit times may vary by destination, weather conditions, and during peak seasons.
- Standard / Ground Shipping: Through USPS or UPS, usually takes 1-7 business days.
Orders to West Coast addresses typically take 1-3 business days
Orders to Southern and Midwestern states typically take 4-5 business days
Orders to East Coast addresses typically take 5-7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: Takes 1-3 business days. This is only an estimate and does NOT guarantee delivery dates or times in transit.
- UPS Next Day: 1 business day. Weekends are not considered transit days.
- UPS 2nd Day: 2 business days. Weekends are not considered transit days.
Important: The day of shipment is not considered a transit day by any of our carriers, no matter what time the order is placed, processed, or shipped.
Therefor,for standard shipping, we recommend ordering at least 10 business days before your event to allow for processing and shipping time.
Do you ship internationally?

We send through either USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method you choose at check-out.
Sorry to hear! However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen package in transit. Please contact the carrier. We would be happy to provide you with any information about the carrier responsible for your delivery.
Unfortunately we can not add items to an existing order since we do not keep our customer’s payment information. Please feel free to place a 2nd order for the additional items. If your original order is not fulfilled/shipped before your 2nd order is placed, most of time, we can combine the orders to ship together and issue a refund of the shipping cost of your 2nd order.
Please contact us at hello@momoparty.com ASAP. After an order is fulfilled and shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes, unfortunately. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we'd be happy to issue a refund of your items, with the exception of the original shipping cost. Or we can re-ship it to a new address, but you will be responsible for the re-ship charges.
Yes, we do!
- DHL eCommerce Parcel Standard: Takes 11-19 business days to deliver once we ship out the item. But vary by destination.
- DHL Worldwide: Takes 2-3 business days, but vary by destination
- UPS Worldwide Expedited: Takes 3-10 business days, but vary by destination
Please note that shipping charges are high for international markets (typically $60+). If you don't see your country at our checkout, and you're interested in ordering, please provide the following information and email us at hello@momoparty.com. We’d be happy to provide shipping quotes:

- The date that you would like your order to be delivered by
* Please note that we are not responsible for any international custom and duty fees, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier. These fees are in addition to shipping costs. If you refuse to pay these additional fees requested by the carrier, we won't be able to cancel or refund your order or the shipping costs.
* Please note that all international orders are final sale. Due to the complexities of global shipping and customs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international purchases.
We encourage international buyers to carefully review their order details before completing a purchase. Once your package leaves our facility, it is subject to the postal service and customs process in your country, and any risks during transit will be the buyer's responsibility.
Notes for Canadian customers: Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on shipments entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties, and other taxes on goods. A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Please note that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. Customers who choose UPS Worldwide Expedited service will have part of the brokerage fee (entry preparation fee) waived. For more information, please check out UPS Customs Clearance.
Cancellation & Returns
Please contact us ASAP for order cancellation. If your order has not been fulfilled, most of the time, we can cancel your order. However, if an order has been processed/fulfilled, unfortunately we can no longer cancel it.
We love all the products that we carry, and we hope you do, too! However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your product(s), received the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 14 business days of the shipment delivery date and request a return. Returns received past the allowable date or containing ineligible items will not be refunded.
Returned items must be un-used, un-opened and in its original packaging, and be in the same condition in which they were received. Opened or used items are non-refundable. We do not accept returns of candy/food or sale items. Please note that Momo Boxes or 'Party in a Box' are sold as one unit and items from the box can not be returned separately.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return. For customers who use code: FREESHIP, the original standard shipping fee of $8.99 will be deducted from your refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@momoparty.com with your return reason. Upon receipt of your return request, we will review and send you a return authorization number and return details if the request is approved. Please note that we do not accept returns without a return authorization number.
Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within approximately 1-3 business days.
Products
We try to anticipate demand as best as possible. However, sometimes certain items sell out quickly. Contact us at hello@momoparty.com so we can let you know when it's expected to be back in stock.
Of course! Feel free to add a la carte items to your cart based on your guest number!
We make every effort to ensure our inventory is accurate to avoid this happening but in rare cases when an item runs out of stock after your order is placed, we’ll contact you ASAP. If we don’t get a response from you within 2 business days, we will issue a refund of the out-of-stock item(s) and go ahead and ship the rest of the items, in order to avoid shipping delays.
Sales tax will be added automatically based on the delivery destination of your order (applies to US customers only.)

If you can't find the email please try signing up again and make sure you entered your email address correctly. Feel free to try an alternate email address if you have one.
If your order hasn’t been finalized, you can return to the checkout page to enter your discount code. Once your order has been placed/completed, we cannot apply a discount to it, unfortunately. However, you’re welcome to use the discount code for your next order. :)

Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined, nor can multiple codes be applied to a single order.
